Both, so long as it is genuine. I'm an old guy, so I find that providers in the 40 - 50 range have more experience and "bench depth" (hate sports analogies), and can move easily from a nice kissing session into a "Damn, I hope there was a camera somewhere, 'cause I don't believe what just happened to me!"
