I normally stay at the Vogue, but their recent non-smoking policy change along with the card access - I would rather the escort just show up instead of having to go down to the 2nd floor - is causing me to look elsewhere. They say that they will allow smoking on the 2nd floor, but I stay there specifically due to the 9th floor room with the big tub. Is the Nelligan a reasonable substituition and are they more SP friendly (i.e. no card access)? Is there any other suggested substitutes?
