What is the story here ?? A big ad pops up when I enter Merb , but there's no way to sign in . Is this a secret society for privileged persons ?

I was able to find a cached version on archive.org. My guess is that they either closed it off for COVID like merb closed off the advertising section during 1st wave or they're rebuilding the site.
