I'm staying in an airbnb, a rickety place in Verdun, typical for Montreal, three stories, spiral staircase out front, creaky wood floors, can hear my neighbors. I'm thinking of requesting an outcall from Vogue. Bad idea? Will the girl not want to be in a place like this? Everyone can also see the whole street's comings and goings.

I wouldn’t advise doing an outcall in such a place. When renting Airbnb I usually make sure it’s in a bigger building, and that I don’t hear the neighbors. No duplex/triplex kind of thing lol.
The girls (including me) probably wouldn’t turn you down, because money is money and it’s not like they’d have to do multiple calls there, but they’d definitely not feel as comfortable and you may not get the best service you could get because it’s stressful when you know neighbors can hear, and you wonder if they’ve seen you enter lol.
