IMHO, one of the few shortcomings of the Montreal agencies is the lack of dress code. A lot of the girls I have seen are either (1) country girls who are a bit lacking in fashion sense and/or (2) etudiantes who look like they just rolled out of bed for a morning class (sweat pants / tank tops).

I think the default outfit for an agency girl who is visiting nice hotels should be one of the following:
