Investing in the time of Corona

I remember reading a quote by Baron Rothschild once that read: "Buy when there's blood in the streets, even if the blood is your own."
I was wondering if any of you have or are planning to buy stocks or other securities now that prices are low. Since I am new to this, I was wondering if any of you know of any good resources to learn about this, including reliable forums on investing.

There are several things going on, covid-10, the expected recession we did not get yet, and the presidential elections in the US. We are in for a rough ride.

If you can hold on these investments for at least 18 month you should be in for a good profit. There’s still room for the market to plunge more. But imo we’re near bottom. It’ll depend on the length and impact of the factor mentioned by Gil Grissom.

The next bull marker will start once Fed pauses or cuts the interest rate. The probabilities are low for a rate cut before September 2023, but that could all change if there are more bank failures.

Keep in mind, there is also the Bitcoin halving in 2024, which will start another bull market for the cryptos. And, once BTC reaches 100k+ the Alt coin's bull market will follow suit.

And, when the bull market begins, buy any of the top 10 stocks or cryptos and you'll make money. During this time ever your barber and grandma will appear to have a crystal ball. It will be winning, winning, and more winning. Everyone is a genius during a bull market.

Note:
There is a 4-6 months lag time between the interest rate cut and the beginning of the next bull market. The same can be said about BTC halving and crypto bull run. And, considering both are coinciding for next year, 2024-2025 will be a good time to buy.

In the meantime, learn as much as you can to mentally prepare yourself. If you're new to the investment space, I would use dollar cost averaging strategy to buy into the bull market, and I would use the same strategy to cash out as well. I highly recommend playing a lot of free online poker, chess, or learn MMA, as it will orthogonally teach you the difference between investing vs gambling.

Strategy:
1) Wait for Fed rate cut
2) Dollar cost average into the markets
3) When idiotic financial gurus on CNN and MSNBC start talking about the bull market, know that the bull market is likely to end in the the next 6-8 months
4) Dollar cost average out of the markets
