I simply don't have unprotected sex with casual sex partners. Everyone who is sexually active should be tested at least once a year.

Neither do I.. that's not the subject here. The subject is the risks of unprotected oral sex. People who have a lot of partners should get tested more often than once a year particularly if there's a higher risk. This doesn't just apply to escorts, it's actually even more common outside of this industry in groups of people who have a of casual sex to get an STI from this.
