Former porn star John Leslie has died at the age of 65 after reportedly suffering a heart attack.
The actor and director passed away last Sunday at his home in Mill Valley, California, according to his pal Mark Kernes, editor of adult film magazine AVN.
Leslie, real name John Nuzzo, began his career in the pornography industry in the 1970s and starred in explicit films including Cry for Cindy and Talk Dirty to Me, which catapulted him to fame in 1980.
He became one of the first adult actors to make the transition into directing, according to Kernes, and landed numerous awards for his work, including an induction into the Legends of Erotica Hall of Fame in Las Vegas.
Leslie is survived by Kathleen, his wife of 23 years.
