Justify the new ballroom

I'm curious to see how creative you can all be. Multiple interpretations allowed.

I'll start with an easy and obvious one. It's not a ballroom, Trump is refitting the Armageddon bunker with gold fittings everywhere, plus he wanted a bat-pole. The ballroom is just a smokescreen.

other possible explanation: Trump wants to do more dancing. (Oh.My.God. - The horror. What of there's more youtube videos of him dancing? Is the healthcare system set up for a sudden exponential growth in the national suicide rate? )
