While that by itself is bad enough, according to TMZ, the woman involved is his daughter!

A former L.A. Kings hockey player-turned-assistant coach was arrested this morning in Washington D.C. for allegedly sexually abusing a 21-year-old woman -- his own daughter.

If true (and if the accused wasn't famous) we'd know who to support.

Always feel a bit sorry for the famous who are charged with something as the news is splattered all over hell's half acre... but if guilty they should suffer the same penalty as an ordinary person would.

He was a marginal NHL defenceman whom i remember playing for the Kings & Rangers.

Innocent until proven guilty. On top of that, he didn't even fuck her (like John Phillips regulary did with his daughter Mackenzie). I'm not saying it's okay, it ain't....but the truth might eventually prove that the matter was blown totally out of proportion. I'll reserve judgement until i hear the entire story.

By the way, i was looking at his picture & he has an uncanny resemblance to someone i know quite well. *wink*
