Longer term accomodation - help?

Folks,

I will be working out of Montreal for the next while and need to find a furnished apartment/flat to stay in. Location would be downtown or south west of downtown like Iles des soeurs, Verdun, Lasalle, etc... (but not on the south shore).

* I only want a month-by-month arrangement.
* Clean & comfortable
* Reasonable price / value
* Near the Metro
* Relatively safe area
* Parking available & cheap or free

I know I am asking a lot, but was hoping some MERB members might either have a similar need they have fulfilled or are able to provide some good leads.

How much are you looking to pay?

The Mariott Residence Inn Westmount have a live-in, tax-free rate for those staying over 30 days. I don't recall the price since my company was paying it but it was reasonable for such accommodations.

Close to Atwater/Guy station, underground parking, quiet and safe, included breakfast, pool, exercise room, full kitchen with full size fridge, oven, microwave and utensils/pots&pans.
