May/December Couples Boost Human Lifespan

There's new evidence that when older men and younger women pair up, the lifespan of the species as a whole is enhanced. The purpose, then, of this thread which is directed at those of us over 50 is to come up with useful tips on how we can put this knowledge to productive use. Any ideas?

Commonplace

Commonplace after WWI and WWII. Just in the neighbourhood where I lived for twenty-six years there were seven families where the husband was anywhere from 11 to 23 years older than the wife, producing from 3 to 7 kids per family.
