Dear fellow MERB members,



It's year end! Let's keep our tradition going. I’m delighted to take this opportunity of inviting nominations for the Best Independent Service Provider Award of 2025 in Montreal area.


Let us recognize our appreciation towards our favourite indy SPs, who provided us with unforgettable companionship experiences this year.



Important Dates:

• Nominations Period: Now until December 30
• Compilation of Top Ten List: December 31
• Poll Period: December 31 - January 14
• Winners Announcement: January 15

Nominations Guidelines:

• You can nominate up to 5 ladies in a single nomination post. For member posting multiple times, only your last post will count.
• Please provide a link to the Indy’s website/review & Twitter handle, if known.
• Order your nominations by preference.
• Tiebreakers will be resolved using the point system that awards 1st place votes getting 5 points, second place 4 points, third place 3 points, & so on (5, 4, 3, 2, 1). Hence, the order of your nominations matters.

MERB Rules:

• Only nominate ladies you have seen as their client in 2025.
• Must be a member before January 1st, 2025 to be eligible to nominate.
• Ladies can promote the poll on social media.
• If any indy provider does not want to be considered for the award, kindly DM me for prompt removal of your name from this process.

Indy Eligibility:

• To be nominated the indy provider must have been working as an independent for 6 months in Montreal area during 2025.
• Provider has to be merb advertiser or was merb advertiser for a good part of the year
