If you check out terb, notice that about half a dozen agencies have started touring TO. Just out of curiousity, why the sudden influx? Some possibilities:
1. The weak USD and heightened security have made it less lucrative to tour the States.
2. The local business is in decline, due to a lack of US visitors and increased competition.
3. Business is fine! There's just more $$ to be made in TO.
My guess would be #1 and #2. Any agencies wish to comment?
