Your photos are not high enough quality to have them too big.

They don't have to be very big, so long as they are clear and good quality. 600-700 pixels on a side is big enough. Some of your pictures looks like they have a photoshop filter or something to make an artistic blur. There's no point being super-big if it's blurry.
does not need to be that big Jeff. any smartphone or computer can enlarge a photo with a few clicks.
in fact it takes a long time to load your agency's merb photos and sometimes jams my smartphone ... got to stop checking ads in the middle of a meeting. lol

I think the photos are great now. A lot better than 6 months ago and also better that they are somewhat smaller. Just what's with the $220 rates bro?
Obviously you and the girls can charge whatever you would like and if you are getting it, then good for you. It's just these girls are coming in right away with that rate before proving they are VIPs. Other agencies are doing that VIP rate system as well, but most of those girls have built a bit of a reputation, even if that reputation isn't necessarily at a VIP level. Cassandra is nice looking and has a pretty decent rep, but let's say for a girl like Vanessa, who looks nice in her photos, but doesn't have any kind of rep yet....
I would have liked to see Vanessa, but being unknown at $220, I will have to pass for now. Again, I'm just giving you my opinion or feedback. You seem like an owner who is open to that. In the end, you can do whatever you want to. It's your business.

I had exactly the same thought about Vanessa, an unknown girl who seems very attractive and that I would have loved to TOFT if she was @ 180 = the Montréal price for a good looking debutante in a reliable agency...

What is MERB's influence on this industry ? I don't know... A good question... But MA and I hadnt the pretention to represent MERB, we are just 2 of your consumers who question you about your price and about a girl...

I took advantage of that $200 MERB special and just finished up. Her pictures just were talking to me and I had to. My instincts were right on. OMG guys, Vanessa is probably the hottest in Montreal! A lot of class. Jeff wasn't kidding. I will write a full review tomorrow. I'll say this, you better run to see her while you get the chance. Thanks Jeff. I would never have seen her at $220 and like you said, would have missed out.

Looks like you got some good talent. My only compliant is that the pics are blurred and brushed up. I think MERBites are more seasoned and discerning so they may be perceived as more critical really it's not a big deal as long as you can provide a quality service.
