Montreal Motels, when it's 30 Celcius?

In my experience most motels used for the fine art of hobbying tend to have in-room a/c which is turned off once vacated by the previous occupant.
If I check in for a playdate when its this warm the room is effectively uninhabitable
(unless I wish to be deafened) for at least 30 minutes ........
Other than mainsteam/downtown hotels does anyone know of tryst locations with central air

Don`t most modern hotels have stand alone HVAC units in each room now. Prevent odours, smoke and microbes fro migrating araound.
