No pro-line for betting in Quebec,,,,, Why?

Pissed that there is no pro-line betting in Quebec, not sure why. Every week 5 of us send out our picks and it is a winner take all $500

I only won 3 times last year

We are using the within 3 point tie.

Instead of 'Pro Line' i play 'Point Spread' during the NFL season. I find it's much more easier to play & i always wind up winning a few times each year. No bullshit with the ties and the winnings are pretty good. Several years ago, i needed a team to win by a field goal on MNF. If the team did win, i'd be $3000 richer. Well of course, my team lost in overtime!

Mine sucked also, but i was a good boy & only spent $20 this weekend. Lots of upsets!

p.s. I even bet on Chicago to beat my Bills by 6. The Bills won, so losing that $20 was kind of worth it.

Doesn't Quebec have a Pro-Line-type of lottery called "Mise-au-Jeu"??

This morning the sales person at the newspaper stand I go to showed me " MISE O'JEU " You can bet almost any way for all NFL games. Will have to give that a try next week.
