Is this a trend to limits to eliminate salons from the city? I wonder if the city is planning a clean up of the massage business? Maybe because of all the scandals happening, they are trying to show they are doing something. What will happen if the City of Montreal starts to insist on permits for massage girls like in other cities? I am guessing the 50% of the part timers will not apply for the permits. The massage scene might be in for a change.
