North Korea offered the United States and South Korea a list of conditions for talks, including the lifting of U.N. sanctions, signaling a possible end to weeks of warlike hostility on the Korean peninsula.

I'd have to say a BIG Fuck You to North Korea on that.

I wonder how to convert that in to Diplomatic speak....

Obviously, that's exactly what will happen. One cannot get over UN sanctions just because fatty Kim Jong Un asks for it. He'll calm down. He's the first to know that plugging his country into war will lose himself and all his regime.
