I hope governements are going to sue him too. They should freeze all his assets immediately because he's probably doing some "garage sales", transferring money and titles... That way, he'll have nothing to seize if he's condemn...
Here is a related question, but not directly related to the topic. If a person has a swiss bank account and gets sued. Is the money in the swiss bank account safe? I am assuming that the person will not tell anyone that s/he has a swiss bank account.
