I was in late teens then and remember hearing the name but that was it. What a fucked up ruler, brutally murdered about 3 million men, women and children. Was at the killing fields in Phnom Penh today, elderly women were sitting on benches crying throughout the site. Very informative and eye opening of the atrocities that happened. 1975 to 1979, not that long ago.
