Private notebook on Blackberry or smartphone

I was wondering if there was a software available for logging MP/SP data quickly and safely in a smartphone?

I used to have a Palm where I would enter handwritten notes about encounters, services, phone numbers, date, rates, providers recommended here, note for reviews etc....

What I'm looking for is some sort of data base manager that could be secure and easy to use.

Any ideas?

e-mail it back to yourself, you can search the info later if you put a search word in it like Pumpkin. That one word will bring back all you SP info
