My calendar is also available on my website for all to see, but the vast majority of clients don't look at it sooooo I vote do whatever is easiest.

So funny.. I'm a service provider (in a different field), and when someone asks me "are you free?" I tend to answer never.. but I can tell you what my hourly rate is
