Should members submit to psych tests?

Should members submit to psych tests before being admitted to the board? What if certain members start to exhibit abnormal behavior? Say showning clear signs of being obsessive-compulsive or exibiting sociopathic behavior.

Would it be in the best interest of the board to bann those who start showing these types of signs? Or should the board tollerate obvious signs of mental instability?

Lighten up tiger; I don't think this is a serious thread. We should start by administering said tests (perhaps including electro-shock treatement?) to the thread starter.

Hello Breadman,

Aside from the most obvious issues of setting a criteria to define these terms and deciding...who decides; is there anyone who has not shown signs of at least two of these tendencies, in bold print above, at one time or another...lol. Well, I will be the first to admit I have been guilty of the first two at least briefly. But, please don't ban me for being part of the vast majority. In my opinion, anyone who posts 1000-3000 or more times a year (a fair standard I think) is probably obsessive compulsive.

I do think there has been too much tolerance for those who persistently attack others. It takes two to tango and the profusion of baitings and attacks from one side is just as responsible for keeping the affair going. I have not been totally guiltless either. But when the attacks become so long and intense I would say both of the key men who do this anywhere are guilty...not just the more aggressive one. This is only my opinion and I am not claiming to be a better judge of any episode than the Mods.

The ultimate test of any "member's" state of mind is not the number of posts here but the consistency of his message. Moreover, I care a hell of a lot more of what SPs think of me once I leave them than what some board members think of me.

Jessica admitted to me last night: "...it's clients like you that make this job enjoyable." Does she say this to everybody? Maybe but I highly doubt it. Right or wrong, I want SPs to remember me as a great client that puts them at ease and tries to make sure they enjoy their time with me. This means treating them with the utmost respect, being properly groomed and making sure I talk with them and take the time to lube them with ample foreplay.

Again, what SPs that I have met with think of me is far more important to me than what any breadman, Korbel, Ziggy, or Regnad think of me.

LOL...I was thinking the exact same thing as I was catching up on the sequence of a few very exposing posts. I regret using a case example in post #16 and I have edited it to be more of a general statement instead of pointing to any particular person. Using it was a mistake since it seems to have sparked another round of "same old same old". Apologies to Ziggy for using his name. It's too CONSISTENT here.

To Ziggy and Regnad...your points are well taken. Now let us be civilized and aviod further temptations to take the bait. Let the psych test go on and continue to "expose" itself as it will.

I now post my reviews on either board. I still prefer this one, but should this board take a path I don't like, I would always have a backup of my reviews on the other one.......

I signed up on the other one recently and promptly got banned; I have no idea why. The morons who administer the other board have ignored multiple emails enquiring why.
