This Swiss woman is happy, because Switzerland has just eliminated France.
France in a shocker is eliminated by Switzerland in the shootout after France was up by 2 goals with 10 minutes left in regulation!

I am sure France would like to have those last ten minutes back.
We have had many strange situations like this look at Croatia how they battled back only to lose in overtime.
look at Hungary who nobody gave a chance. They were holding Portugal to a scoreless tie with 5 minutes to go, tied world champs France and we’re leading Germany until the last 5 minutes also.
The Czechs were not expected to get passed the Netherlands either.
So far I have enjoyed the Euros, many good close exiting games, lots of goals being scored, much more attacking style football than usual, hell even the Italians are scoring more than one goal and don’t need to win on penalty shoot outs.
I am sure France would like to have those last ten minutes back.

Racist abuse targets 3 English players who missed penalties against Italy.

Is it because they failed, or is it because they are black? The fact of having black skin is worse.

No thanks to Messi though in the final, he actually choked on a glorious opportunity to put it away for Argentina, all alone with only the keeper to beat.
Lucky for him Argentina won, ironically best player of the game at least in my opinion was Neymar of Brazil and I am a Messi fan.
Italy dominated the second half of the game and deserved to equalize, Forza Azzurri!!!.
Little Italy will be rocking for quite some time.
watched the second half of the Copa and since it was a one goal game it was quite exciting.... remember him missing that penalty against Chile 4,5 years ago when they were supposed to be a lock .... this time they prevailed as underdogs and I never seen little Messi so ecstatic and happy , maybe a bit relieved too as that was a gimme that he missed.... he finally got to win that elusive international trophy for his country... the kind of pressure that weighs heavy on a superstar coming from a soccer crazed and obsessed country as Argentina , way to go little flea
in the Euros i think most would agree that the best team in the tournament won ... Bravo to the Azzuri , well done and well deserved...was rooting for them but half way through the tournament I really believed that the English had finally learned from their mistakes and previous failures... early on they were business like and looked very confident , and of course they were helped by having an easier path ( bracket wise & playing all games but one at home in front of their fans ) .... they should have kept attacking , using their athleticism/pace and physical brand of football... the moment they decided to think lol and play like Italians they were second best , they should leave tactical football for the Italians .... they were lucky to go to penalties where their goalkeeper almost bailed them out , once again the genius that is Southgate made a mess with his poor choices of players he substituted and instructed to take the spot kicks ... not all players are technically gifted or good in all aspects of the game , let the vets take the first rounds , it’s not trigonometry
