On the news today I learned that there about 3000 street gangs members inthe Montreal region.
The police know much about them. There are many teenagers members of those gangs that commit violent crimes.
They don't just deal drugs.
A 14 years old was killed while making an attack on a Hells Angels headquarter in Beauce region.
He was accompanied by another 14 years old and they were armed with AK -47 assault weapons.
We know that teenagers exceptionaly only are judged as adults and receive the same sentences.
That's why Street gangs bosses use them for crimes and the young members know that too.
It would help perhaps if teenagers committing violent crimes would be judged as adults and knew that clearly.
