Suggestions for Quebec City and Ottawa SPs or AMPs

I will be in Quebec City and Ottawa and would like to hear about any good SP or AMP in either city. I am unfamiliar with the smaller cities in Canada, and your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have checked on Merb but find it difficult to discern what would be the best options in either city.

In Quebec city, there is Les Aventurières ..
Have you read Merb's Quebec review section?

In Ottawa, there is Club Alpha
Have you registered on terb.cc ? Then again , for the ottawa section, you don't need to register.
