Thank you Montreal for a memorable and enjoyable trip. I think you just topped Toronto and became my favorite Canadian city.

The downtown area was a very nice walkable place and I enjoyed walking miles upon miles of your eclectic streets.

I generally don't write many reviews because I find them too "mechanical" and don't really fully describe the encounter. But one of the young ladies I had the chance to meet in Montreal changed my mind and I had to write something... Sandrine from XO. Not to say that the remaining ladies across a few agencies were not great - they were all fantastic - but Sandrine was sweet and comfortable, something one often does not find in brief encounters. And the fact that she looks like the younger version of my favorite actress Gabrielle Anwar was a plus.

I also enjoyed the restaurant scene and enjoyed many fine downtown establishments. However, I do have to be honest and say that poutine did not live up to the hype. I like fries. I like cheese. I like gravy. And I like smoke meats. But mixing them together in a poutine just didn't do it for me. Oh well.

Thank you Montreal. And thank you to all the wonderful ladies I had the chance to meet, and to the agencies who were a pleasure to deal with.

I don't want to burst your balloon but you won't find the best poutine in MTL...

You will get the classic best poutine around Drummondville and Victoriaville... And don't forget the you need fresh cheese curds that DON'T MELT under the hot gravy sauce... Anything with molten cheese cannot be called a poutine. It's only a fries with the flu ...

I have been to Montreal many times and although I have sampled all of the local culinary delicacies (smoked meat, bagels at St. Viateur/Fairmount, crepes, fried bologna sandwich with egg cream at Wilensky's), etc., I have never had the courage to try poutine. I walked into a Le Belle Province once and I smelled the poutine and I walked right out, disgusted. It smelled like dirty socks. I can't eat anything that smells like dirty socks.

I like fries, cheese and gravy separately or with other foods, but I really do not understand the fascination with poutine by the locals, especially when there are so many better things to eat in Montreal which also smell good.

I think there was a thread several years ago about an escort who brought pontine to the session. I am too lazy or disinclined to look for it.

My favourite poutine are the one at "Ma Poule Mouillé" on Rachel street in Le plateau Mont Royal for Montreal and in Sherbrooke my favourites are the one from Le Village Grec and Alibaba (altough its been years i have not get there, used to live in the city and get delivery from there once a week)

Its to note that i really enjoy poutine with more than just cheese and fries. It need meet, either bacon, chicken, sausage or even a mix of the 3 lol.

As for reviews, even if you feel your bad at writing them, do them !! They help and even simple information without any erotica is always welcomed lol

Tried it only once at then Restaurant S at St. Sulpice hotel. Don't like it. The stench from that cheese I find revolting. One of the two things I don't like about Montreal. The other is that shit government owned casino.

Everything else is superb especially the Lebanese cuisine and vegan food options. Also love Report Fitness.

Apparently, Montreal Poutine is anything you "put in" a bowl with fries... Authentic Poutine is only fries, gravy and, cheese curds that don't melt and make that distinctive "squeek" sound when you munch them... Pretty simple.

tittilleur i know a decent place in montreal st-hubert/cremazie. Fries are great, gravy awsome and cheese does not melt, like it should be.

But besides poutine let me tell you i walked all the way from mt-royal station south to st-denis, the old port then downtown to end up in griffintown last sunday (i am evaluating moving back in the city within a few years).

1. The amount of sexy girls i saw along the way is unbelievable
2. There are outside festivities everywhere
3. Montreal has a soul!

I guess poutine is like burgoo in my part of the world. You either love it or hate it.
And yes, real burgoo should contain road kill meats like squirrel or opossum.

And having travelled the world, I do have to say that Montreal has the nicest SP scenes and the best run agencies.
Yes, brief encounters with SP's are nothing more than fantasies and illusions playing out among consenting adults. But Montreal SP scene does it very well, sweet and comfortable. Combined with a world-class eclectic city, it has just that right touch of je ne sais quoi not found in other major cities.

Yes Montréal has a soul. Am born here and spendt all my life in this city. Both my parents RIP in Côte -des -Neiges..and thanks to them pour m'avoir élevé ici. Have travelled the world et cela m'a toujours fait réaliser que mon nids,ma place était ici. Bien sûr la Cité a ses problèmes que l'on connaît bien MAIS Montréal nous offre une qualité de vie exceptionnelle,multiculturelle et sécuritaire....pas pour rien qu'il y a croissance du tourisme international et que des étudiants viennent de partout pour fréquenter nos Universités.........I LOVE MONTREAL....AND YES....THANK YOU MONTRÉAL......

Pas du tout.... Si tu connais l'histoire de la pizza, tu te souviendras qu'il n'a jamais existé une seule sorte de pizza... Ce mets a toujours été un plat "fourre-tout", souvent concocté de restants.

Pour la poutine, c'est plus par dédain de la recette originale que des gens se sont mis à élaborer la liste des ingrédients.

Pour ma part, que veux-tu, je suis un puriste Comme pour un bon rock show (Drum, guitare, basse), ça prend seulement trois ingrédients pour faire une bonne poutine (Frites, fromage FRAIS en grain, sauce brune)

10th of October 2017...13h45..sunny day....incroyable scène d'automne......Was passing by Place Jacques- Cartier--Old Montreal. Terrasses were crowdy...people walking all over the place....et au milieu de la place une jeune femme chantait délicieusement PIAF.....alors je l'écoute...et je cueille un sundae aux fraises au DQ......

Je m'assois au milieu de la place et tel un touriste je profite du spectacle......LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL.
