The Canadian government has denied a request by the NBA and the Raptors to play in Toronto amid the pandemic, so the team will begin the 2020-21 season in Tampa, Florida.

I'm sure the Raptors players aren't too unhappy they'll spend at least a few months of winter playing down in Florida. It may even help them sign a couple of free agents. Although Toronto has become a huge basketball city over the years it's still a cold place to play in during January to March.
