Using a girl's pictures/videos ont their website against her will

What are her rights?

I am not referring to an escort website but about the same thing...

I was on an edgy/kinky dating site (I won't do any promo here lol)..and the admin doesn't like my strong personality..we had an eclectic argument towards PMs and he banned me permanently from his site....I couldn't care less...but I received many SMS from other members telling me my vids/pictures/erotic&BDSM stories are still there, under my handle, but no one has access to my profile since I am no longer a member....I asked them to remove everything because my pictures/vids are in their tops 10 of the most liked pics/vids/forum posts/stories etc....they deleted all the posts I did (of course, only the paying members have access to the forums!!), but I am still in many of their tops 10 (which can be seen by everyone and can encourage people to become a paying member).. So, the fact they deleted my posts tells me they read my request (well..."request" is a very polite term...."shit loaded commands" would be better..lol)...but ignored the most principal part..

And, since I can't get back in my account, I can't delete my own stuffs...

What's next? :whip:

PS: there was 3 threads this morning about me and/or my stuffs that are still on:
1: what happened to **[name of the site]**'s star?
2: Our princess disappeared
3: where is [my handle]

All the three of them put all the attention on my profile and many saw my vids were still pubblic and complained...the 3 threads are deleted, but my vids/pics are still on....

That scared those who noticed the situation because they are aware how the site's admin doesn't respect his membres...but that doesn't solve my issue here... :help:

Years of dislike comments about MSC watermark on the ladies photos.
Tones of recurrent threads about this particular problem. Tones of
people complaining about their photos being stealed.

The only few times someone tryied to use MSC photos, 1 email and
that watermark did the job, in a snap of fingers shall I say.

Perhaps, the girls have always appreciated that no one else could
use the photos because of this, under their reputation.
To each their preferences I guess.

Yeah...an individual is harder to stop when it comes to use our pictures so watermarks are great...but when it comes to an admin....and add on top of it that he deleted threads about his huge lack of respect/professionalism/ethic and my messages where I am telling him to delete everything related to me.....which is an open door for those individuals who enjoy what you were referring to....

This is another story...it would be like not having access to your website while the webmaster refuse to delete your girls pictures (as a type of issue)... :/

Start off by reading the legalise usually found when you try to join a site. They get you to click on "I agree" to be bound by the pages of small print (which noone takes the time to actually read). Of course you cannot join their website unless you agree to all their terms in advance. Websites like Facebook explicitly say that they own all of your content in eternity - basically Zuckerberg owns you for life. That's why I deleted my Facebook account. If the website in question has no agreed on terms where you give up all your content then perhaps you could take legal action against them. You need to consult with an attorney.

Following their conditions: They only kept the controle on the public areas
And since they brag about having our privacy at heart, they will protect our personal life and will proceed at our least request in order to help us (yeah...tell me about it..)

So..better to get him to delete everything or i go to an attorney straight up (he knows I am fuckin pissed lol..so I guess he figured out keeping my stuffs as a shit storm hits the fan when I first noticed the issue) wont calm me down after few days...

So the public stuffs became "auteur anonyme" but my handle is still under the personal things I posted
