Gentlemen (and ladies), I will be visiting Quebec and Montreal in a few months (coming from Toronto) and would like some advise and suggestions. I will be there for about 4 nights, but I don't know where exactly yet. I want to check out some kind of cooking classes, or similar, at a resort, or similar (I like cooking, and would like to try Quebec cuisine). However, that's for the day time. At night I would like to have some fun. So, my questions are:
1. Does anybody know of any 1 or 2 day cooking courses at a resort or lodge, etc, where you cook and also indulge in the winter activities?
2. If not, then what would you recommend for a 4 day trip to Montreal or Quebec City to do? What are 'must do' things?
3. At night, can you suggest either an agency (reasonably priced) or independent that can provide some warm memories.
4. Where are good strip clubs where you can get good mileage?
