Yes, very much an indy/incall scene (as opposed to Montreal and Toronto which are largely agency towns)
Carman Fox has a large roster and the only truly reputable (incall) agencies in town. Outcall-only agencies in Vancouver are far less reliable or trustworthy.

A large number of reputable independents advertise on Perb. Backpages and Erslist.com are also viable sources, but best left to locals who have a better sense of the scene.

Yes, I last used in 2010 but they are still are a reputable agency as much as I know (however expensive). Both in and outcall available.

For independents, check advertiser section on Perb for escorts that fit your tastes, and then check that board for reviews. Erotic Christine and Vanesssa (for example) are both well-reviewed, but a number of other ladies I've seen are now either MIA or retired unfortunately.

It's a lot more expensive and limited choices in Vancouver. Carman Fox used to have many pretty providers, but not any more. Google erslist website and search 9005. The girls at this place are cheaper and provide a lot more service.
