STI testing is not rocket science... every private clinic (such at the one you're linking to) offers it. The advantage of going to a private clinic for that type of service is that you will typically get your results rapidly (24-48 h). Ask them beforehand.

The only real hazard is a nurse with bad aim, who might miss your vein or go right through it, leaving you with a lovely bruise as a souvenir..

This is no problem....tell everyone you donated blood -> you are a hero!
