Very high meth use in Montreal & Granby

Looks like meth use in Montreal and Grandby is about 3 times that of 102 other cities tested.

Perhaps it is because of the low income of many in certain parts. It is cheap and from what I heard extreme high. Never tried it never will, same as the other home made weird shit.
Three times the average... Wow.

Meth is bad news, if meth use is on the increase then crime stats will rise because users need ways to support their habits.

Meth heads are easy to spot. They strip naked even in the coldest weather because meth elevates their body temperature to as high as 105F. Their brains are literally boiling in their heads.

In intermediate stages of addiction, their teeth fall out. They all look like they're from Arkansas. (Southern US redneck humor, eh?)

In advanced stages the soft cartilage in their nose and ears dissolves, so they literally have a hole in the middle of their face like a living skull and no ears.

When under the influence they are extremely violent and impervious to pain - I saw a dashcam vid from the Washington State Police of a naked man running down the Sea-Tac Highway. The cops tased him 4 times, he didn't even slow down, looked like Moby Dick with his white ass running down the highway with all of the wires hanging off him. The four big cops ended up pig piling on him (like a rugby scrum but with less fun) and it took all four of them to double handcuff him.

I've personally seen more than once a meth head break the chains on police handcuffs as if they were the plastic toy ones.

My advice is to steer way clear of anyone who starts stripping their clothes off in sub freezing temperatures. If that isn't a clue, then the multiple taser wires and the pack of cops chasing might also be an indicator...
