I guess I'm not smart enough, but I never thought of leaving my business cards when I went to strip clubs, just in case some officials wanted to contact me...
I wonder though if an SP or an agency would do the same in a similar situation.

well obviously an SP or agency would have easier access to contact information. Its more of a question whether they would do it. I would like to believe agencies are inclined to do so, as to not tarnish their reputation, if anything it would be a plus if they did because its mainly the patron's responsibility to not expose themselves.
Ouch, this is when contact tracing becomes a real nightmare for married hobbyists/punters. Same thing happened to the gay clubs in Seoul & nightclubs in Tokyo. Not sure how many guys’ dicks were hacked off?
