One of the thing i miss is more details on services. I liked back then when services were listed for every SP at certain agencies (acronymes). Made choosing easier and didn't had to ask the bookers. Otherwise im not complicated, i just want good services (being polite, giving the infos asked and being on time) by the booker and of course the lady.
