A few days ago I saw a SW on Ontario street, she was dressed in a gray tank top with a blood red bikini bottom. She had on low heeled ankle boots with leather legging that went up to her knees.
This woman was too outrageosly dressed for me to pick up, I wonder if that sort of "look at me" tactic works to get clients or if it works against her?
