Dating an SP is always going to be a challenge
Not only for the gentleman, but for the woman as well. I know that I couldn't handle it, and I would expect a guy who truly cares for me to be uncomfortable with my intimacy with others... in other words - I wouldn't date a guy who was okay with me continuing to SP. That being said, I have a regular job, savings, and other skills that would allow me to remain independent if the opportunity for a relationship presented itself. I am not sure that many other ladies have this luxury.
Bigdog - what would your GF do if she was no longer SPing? Could she find alternative employment or would she then be dependent upon you? Contrary to popular belief, most SPs DON'T want to give up that independence they have come accustomed to (myself included) - I am used to handling everything myself, to having the freedom to go on vacation on a whim, to buy that cute 150$ bra and the 75$ panty (afterall I can earn it back)... and it isn't just the material stuff. When you SP, you get everything you need and more, lot's of affection, tons of attention, you become almost a "star" for a few hours a day. It is very hard for a "real-life" relationship to compete with that.
Bigdog - my advice, if you know you would like this to develop into something more serious, you'll have to let her know what you are not comfortable with and give her time to decide if she is ready to commit to you. You have only know each other a month or so... not very long. Either way good luck to you both.
