Why escorts agency are switching to .cc domain name

Since .cc is managed by VeriSign (a company known to shut down illegal torrent site) I wonder why they won't shut down escorts agency as well.

Does anyone know any real benefits to switch your .ca or .com website to .cc ?

And I wonder if website also change web server location at the same time.

maybe cause its harder to find? maybe because .ca obviously show its canadian... dunno... always tough it had to do with the website being hosted out of canada
