Will the $160/HR for GFE in Downtown Montreal the new norm?

I've noticed that Eleganza, under new management, has been offering $160/HR for certain SP's. Thank goodness for MSC and Satin Dream sticking to the $160/HR. But will this become a new norm for a short period, until Spring and Summer bring in more tourists?

$160 doesn't seem to be a rate that's across the board but for certain girls and locations.

I don't see it sticking during the summer high season.
