The post is very fishy and suspicious to say the very least, although it's possible that someone from Chicago moved to Montreal pre-pandemic and still using their old cellphone.

I run into this a lot on SA, girls moving around, attending colleges in different states etc. But the chances of it being Scam City are still pretty high I would say.
