Strange but it hasn’t been my experience. From what i could see first hand at the ones i attended no one seemed to have performance issues & personally i found the whole thing extremely stimulating. It’s rare but it has happened in the past where a very popular agency at the time organized a gb/orgy with two of their girls who were regular duo partners at the time.
