Exclamation Troubles with cell phone communications tonight with Rogers ~ Fido ~ Telus

From what I understand Rogers , Fido and Telus users can only communicate via texting.
It's been like this since 6.45pm.

We're with FIDO . So it would be wise to text us. Certainly others are experiencing the same issues.

I'm with Bell, it works but Bell really sucks in customer service.
I do not think outside the box, I do not think inside the box, I do not even know where the box is.

I wanted to add that picture and video messaging were 100% operational. I am with Fido. I was sending messages as picture and video messaging. I decided to try it since the internet was fully operational. Since picture and video messaging are sent via the internet network I tried it and it worked. And I confirm what master_bates said Telus mobility service was unaffected. Affected service providers were Rogers, Fido, and Chatr.
