Why don't all agencies detail the menu like Angel Escorts & Eleganza?

First of all, tip of my cap to those agencies and ones that do a similar thing

I understand the premise of YMMV but the fact is that if a certain SP is ok with DT, Greek, CIF, whatever....that becomes ``the rule`` and with any rule there are ``exceptions``

Yes, if you are hung like a moose than anal might be out or if your hygiene sucks then might be out but most the most part, based on my experience, the menu is accurate and valuable to consumers like me. We understand YMMV.

Is there anything more awkward than calling a booker on the phone and asking if a certain girls does <insert sexual act or fetish here> or anything more frustrating than when she shows and states she DOES NOT do what the booker said she does

I personally don`t think this is a lot for agencies to do, as during their ``entrance interview`` SP`s typically get asked these same questions. If anything, it might be helpful to the SP`s as there will be less refused calls and less GFE girls being subjected to aggressive customers who were seeking PSE service.

We can change the world (or at least Montreal) in 2011, one agency at a time! ;) Who is with me?

I understand the premise of YMMV. We understand YMMV.

The answer to your question is contained in this curious, yet enlightening internal inconsistency in your own post.

YOU may understand YMMV. But you do not speak for every dumbkopf who does not understand YMMV. Some agencies know that and they have seen the recent posts in which certain posters expect robotic performances of each listed or perceived GFE service and complain and post bad reviews when they are not performed. DFK seems to always be the big problem leading to bad reviews, and it is the most YMMV of the GFE services for reasons that should be obvious if you think about it even a little. There have been multiple long review threads arguing over that recently. If you can't figure out why some agencies do not choose to provide a complete listing of services then all I can say is this: you can bring a horse to the water, but you cannot make him drink. Stated differently: I can bring you to the coffee shop, I can order your coffee even, but I cannot get you to smell or drink that coffee.

Consider yourself lucky that Angel and Eleganza does it.

3 POV's:
(1) A few agencies are run in a professional manner and they coach their staff on expected activities associated with GFE + staff has agreed to/accepted those activities as the standard. I think Eleganza is the best example of an agency who's staff deliver a GFE consistently. I'd also add Chloe's Playground/Candyshop to this list.

(2) Most other agencies seem to hand their staff an orientation kit at the start, then send them into the field allowing them to pick and choose services to offer at will. Those agencies therefore don't have to list services offered and don't have to address customer service issues when a customer's expectations aren't met.

(3) Perhaps the most logical explanation is there's LE crawling around thus listing services is almost an open admission of "not walking the straight-line of the law."

See my previously stated rules: Simply and politely ask at the door. While the agency might send the SP, you are the one making the deal with her. Sex for money in simplest terms. Do not for any minute believe you can charm an SP or convince an SP to do what she's already said no to. If she says yes to a particular service and then refuses, send her on her way without renumeration as she's there under false pretenses. Frankly, I've had some of the best times of my life by just asking up front.

So why do certain successful agencies publish the "menu" if there is no value add?

We have all seen recent "hate" reviews in the Outcall section - don't you think some of these could be avoided if a customer knew that SP "X" did not do a certain activity?

The fact is that the booker on the phone can often be a "yes man" and if the menu if out in the open at least the SP can verify what services she typically allows.

To quote CS Martin, ``Simply and politely ask at the door. While the agency might send the SP, you are the one making the deal with her. Sex for money in simplest terms.``

and I have done this when the SP arrives, ``Hey the booker says you are open with doing XYZ....is that right?`` Answer: ``Ummmm.....I never do that sorry``

And I send her off. Waste of her time (money) and my time and energy making the appointment. Lose - lose scenario

I think part of the problem is, for agencies that do not disclose a ``menu``, are these loosely defined ``GFE`` and ``PSE`` terms. Most agencies group all of their girls the same, one I can think of in particular lists all their girls as GFE-PSE when there are multiple reviews stating some do not even offer GFE service or of they do, it is for extra $.

Another popular agency breaks groups girls by levels of GFE:
from GFE-Standard to GFE-Ultimate with groupings in between. I find this valuable because you can at least infer service levels. `GFE-Standard` is probably a newer girl where your highest expectations will probably be LFK and whereas `GFE-Ultimate` is the opposite extreme.

I guess in general if the argument is to read posted reviews, which often time details EXACTLY what a given SP will and will not do anyway, why not get that information out in the open, much like if we took a trip in the way-back machine, that Montreal SP Spreadsheet that used to get circulated but ultimately become too much to maintain.

Addressing customer service as turned out to be perceived like ''clients can't freely talk'',
even sometimes I have being called the cavalry when answering back in review threads.
Few years ago it was perceived like a nice gesture to make the fallow up. Now, it is not
unless money comes out of it.

Lately we received the comment that a girl was falsely advertised as GFE cause
she was not enough sensual to his taste. But of course, the fact that all the
services where on the menu, that doesn't count at all.

Are you right in what you are saying ? Yes and no. Yes it is an exit but then, depends
on the way the business is conducted. A fair place will still have a valuable
customer service without the acromyms.

Not listing the alphabet soup acronyms as nothing to do with not wanting to offer great
customer service. It's a matter of managing what we are confront to and,
more important, what the girls are pressured from it and that makes
just no sense, in an abusing way shall we precise.

Hello all,

First of all, tip of my cap to those agencies and ones that do a similar thing

I understand the premise of YMMV but the fact is that if a certain SP is ok with DT, Greek, CIF, whatever....that becomes "the rule" and with any rule there are "exceptions"

You've answered your own question. The reason is the "exceptions" and what that means individually. Regardless of the knowledge and understanding of acronyms, everyone knows from their life experiences that finding someone who matches up with you is rare. Yet, for some reason they think an SP can automatically put away preferences and instincts that will affect the encounter just because she is being paid for a job, or expect her to ignore characteristics that repel her because money is being exchanged. WRONG! Though the client may be fully aware and accepting of the possibility of YMMV, once a lady has been labeled under an acronym the client nonetheless expects the service. Most clients will support YMMV and agree with the reasons, but when it comes to them many deny the possibility of YMMV for themselves believing the old "It Won't Be Me" who is the Exception. Individuals can agree about broad concepts like YMMV, but when it comes to them personally being rejected for this or that service it seems unthinkable to the individual. Their opinion of themselves is there is no problem here, so why not...possibly deliberately ignorant of their own objectionable qualities, or having a conflicting value scale from the SP of what is acceptable.

So any perception that Angels Escorts, Eleganza or any agency can guarantee every escort will provide every service acronym to every client simply because they advertise those services is not dealing with the reality that YMMV always looms because there are always exceptions. It must be that agencies who provide detailed menus have decided they will deal with the hassle of exceptions through some compensatory value system that works for the clients who are the exceptions. Other agencies probably don't feel the possible hassles and risks are worth it for various reasons, such as angry reactions and bad reviews or possible LE scrutiny, not to mention employee dissatisfaction...to name just a few.

There's a value to a menu, but not to everybody.

Let's go over a few reasons why some agency might not use a menu system (please anybody, chime in and we will edit the list as required):
  • YMMV: It's not stated because of fear that the client might not understand YMMV. The receptionist might not understand it either when she takes the call and say the SP does offer some services but those are actually YMMV. The agency might be blind to it.
  • Greed: The receptionist, the agency or the SP might just want to get you in by any mean possible in the off chance that you'll spend some of your coins.
  • No Clue: Some SP (not just those new to the business, have no clue about acronyms, euphemisms, or abbreviations. The agency might not have given any basic training (to a new SP or receptionist).
  • LE: Fear of presenting something they should not.
  • Market: The Agency or SP might not be in the market for clients looking at menus.

There is no way all agencies will do it. (Like EB said, count yourself lucky some are.)
There is no way to stop hate reviews, you can only do your best.

The only way to avoid being disappointed (or misled) is to do some research (like all veterans here are saying). If all else fail, ask it out right (on the phone, by email or at the door) and if you still get something else (or are lied to), avoid that place and write a review to help others. Hell, if you have a good experience write a review.

Excellent explanation. As I tried to suggest, clients usually understand and agree with the reason for YMMV, but have a hard time accepting it for themselves. The explanation above cites very real factors for YMMV all clients may not have considered but should be ready to deal with.

However, Our Affair and all agencies should also note the client's responsibility. Every client should make sure they are self-prepared in areas of manners and hygiene. The burden for a successful encounter is on both sides of the business. All too often SPs have mentioned their issues with clients who've been out for a "sloppy drunk" good time and now want a good lay despite stinking of booze and grime, and being generally unpresentable, yet they still seem not to think this condition will not make them a YMMV "exception"...and a disappointed unpresentable client who has spent a large sum of money never takes responsibility for his dissatisfaction. That's got to be a big reason most agencies don't detail menus.

Cheers,

Merlot

Ditto....Ditto.....See my previous posts...........Simple, those agencies that don't advertise a menu, like XXXtase on many occasions, you ask the operator over the phone. Like XXXtase, if they simply don't want to give you the info, USE SOMEONE ELSE. It is for this reason that I've used XXXtase for one SP and one SP only. I call, they don't want to answer questions, I call someone else. This is not hard. If you think it's romance, yes the "IDEA" or "ILLUSION" of that would be nice. But never forget the reality is the SP wouldn't be in your room if not for the $$$. Believe me, if all she wanted was sex it wouldn't be hard for her to find.

Its all about the conversation behind the closed door and always expect YMMV not menu advertised.

I have had appointments where the SP had limited menu and it turned out to be a smorgasbord of options. My ATF SP to chat with about appointments is Naomi from SD. She is a true companion who looks to hear your wants and then gears her entire time to you for your appointment..... two hours is always incredible with her.

You can see so many posts where the guy has issue or disappointed because the SP did not offer menu only to see later interpersonal things like hygenie, creepy guy, or language issue which lead to something else.

With regards to menu is believable to each agency. I know when SD or MGOF or DEVILS Eleganza OR CHOLEs post options is like GFE or PSE, its believable. Where as others, not so much. I also like warning signs on menus like LFK, DFK (at her discretion) or agencies which post rules about hygenie and expectations and if not meet, menu is girl`s discretion.

I'm a simple man with simple needs, especially when it comes to hooking up with a lovely SP. I thought I was in Haven when I first arrived in Montreal's Hobbyland. I started out in Toronto -- it's second rate compare to Montreal. Prior to TO, I traveled to Amsterdam -- which is a freakish place. No match for Montreal.

It's sad that yesterday the LE busted a hookup place at a truck rest stop in Southern California. It's really sad that the LE has nothing better to do with tax payers' monies. Come on. Give truck drivers a break -- our economy depends upon them so much; let them have a little perk away from home.

God Bless Montreal and her lovely SP's and the agencies that help them make an honest living.

I've generally been happy with the agency websites and my booking experiences. I've had only two SP's which failed to provide satisfactory experiences but those were rare experiences and I count them as lessons to be learned. While I had low mileage with them, they couldn't be any nicer people.

The one thing that I noticed more and more from agencies that do list a menu is "DT"

Deepthroat is the one thing for sure that is "YMMV" and I think that's why some agencies list it for almost all their girls. The fact is that supposedly 2/3's of males are within 5" to 6" and I doubt that 80% of SP's can get that down their throats lol. For those of us that have experienced "true" deepthroat, it is almost a religious experience.

Having some 18 y/o debutante claim she is an expert almost cheapens the term. As much as I advocate for "the menu", DT is one appetizer that I would like to see removed because it is essentially subjective.
