150 minutes de punitions, il faut quand même blâmer Travis Green en partie. Ça fait 2 pré-saison consécutives que ses joueurs tentent de blesser les joueurs du Canadiens. L’an dernier on s’est fait prendre un peu par surprise mais, mardi on les attendait de pied ferme. J’ai bien hâte de voir si ça va se poursuivre samedi ou bien si on va se contenter de jouer au hockey des 2 côtés.

Je ne sais pas moi non plus mais peu importe…Sur les réseaux sociaux, c’était un peu la panique chez les fans des Sénateurs. Certains reprochent au CH d’aligner 4-5 goons sans talents… Je crois qu’ils sont en train de chier dans leurs culottes. Ça a fait du bruit à travers la ligue et je crois que tout le monde a compris que rudoyer les joueurs CH ne sera plus sans conséquences.

Ce n’est pas seulement le boarding de Hodgson qui a mis le feu aux poudres, c’est sa réaction face à Carrier qui a été trop forte et ça a fait exploser la marmite. Jamais vu Struble autant en pétard et ça faisait peur… Il est non seulement fort comme un bœuf, c’est un véritable cogneur. Ça a surpris même les fans du CH, moi le premier. Deux KO coup sur coup (+ Florian dans la mêlée), 3 Sénateurs au tapis et soudainement tout à changé.

On peut dire que les esprits s'échauffent plus contre Ottawa qu'il y a quelque années en tout cas. J'hais pas ça! Et on se reprend ce soir pour clore la pre-saison. Vivement des matchs qui valent des points!

Ottawa ont tellement pas aimé la dernière partie qu’ils ont échangé leur principal goon pour un plus gros! S’il est sur la formation de ce soir le message sera des plus clairs!

Ça m’étonnerait beaucoup avec ce genre de joueurs.

Perdre le match d'ouverture contre Toronto, ça fait suer. Mais bon, c'était une bonne game dans l'ensemble, dont le score de 5-2 ne donne pas le portrait exact.

Premier but pour Bolduc, bien content pour lui. Le gars peut scorer, on l'a vu à St-Louis l'an dernier, pas mal certain que c'est pas son dernier.

As everybody is expecting Demidov to win the Calder Kapanen might steal the show!

More seriously, he is a great kid that unexpectedly ripen ahead of time, he twisted the organisation’s arm with a solid camp and sent Joshua Roy, and Owen Beck back to Laval.

And btw, Zachary Bolduc, who’s only 22, also scored in both games!

Demidov is an awesome playmaker and seems born for puck control, but i'm still trying to figure what his goal scoring contribution will be. I think he could shoot more. Works great with Kapanen and Newhook so far though!

I love Bolduc already. Maybe Mailloux will become a superstar, but so far no regrets. A very good start for him.

Demidov, at 19, is still learning to play against men. His only KHL season of 65 games saw him scoring 19 goals and 30 assists, but in his last MHL appearance he managed to score 23 goals and add 37 assists in 30 games so, I believe he can do everything, offensively speaking.

You don’t see Demidov much of the game until he has the puck and suddenly, he’s on scoreboard.
As time goes by, he will have occasions express himself on the ice. Let’s give him time.
Last game he was the forward who had the less time on ice. That’s ok for now but it will be likely to go up.
One day or another, he will be move on the first PP wave.
I think he was not bad defensively too. Kappanen is a better fit than Dach for that purpose. It will help keeping his plus-minus stats more positive.
Kappanen’s play matured in Sweden league last year and it shows. With Newhook and Demidov, they are amazingly fast. Even Toronto had a hard time to handle their speed.
Can’t wait to see them again in action.

Le seul vieux pattern que je crains de revoir c’est celui de MSL qui limite Arber à 8 minutes par match!

Bon ben on l'a gagné! Désolé fans de Chicago, on sait qu'un but avec 15 secondes à faire c'est pas bon pour le moral!

En effet c’est pas évident pour lui, il est "taggé" par tous les arbitres, si c'avait été un Matheson, Guhle ou Savard je ne suis pas sûr qu’il y aurait eu une sanction.
