You are so concerned about being bombed you don’t have the time and energy thinking about pussy. LOL.

That makes you realize that some people have bigger issues than getting hard walking down Sainte-Catherine street on a hot summer day

Professionalism? In what capacity? Speaking as a fish out of water, why, what's the purpose. And competence? Explain how attire might express competence, especially when it would seem that the fish is out of water. Context and perspective.
You seem to want to waste my time. Good-bye!

Also, let's face it, "people who hang out on escort review boards" are not a representative sample of the whole population, and we're far from being the most well-adjusted, myself included. I hope everyone has the minimum of self-awareness needed to realize this.
Absolutely! That was my last reflexion about it, we can realisticaly assume that, we, the male members of this board, are not exactly the best thinking brains of society, especialy when it comes to such matters as, general social behaviour and the effects of it.

This is a pretty funny thread. OP wishes for women to dress more modestly yet hires escorts. I also remember you posting about being happy women’s clothing ads were getting sexy again, "like in the good old days".

Feels pretty contradictory to me but I guess that’s just human nature.

In all seriousness I think you shouldn’t let yourself be a slave to your impulses. If monks can go days without food or sleep, if weightlifters can train until failure and if firemen can walk into burning buildings despite their instincts telling them to do otherwise, than surely you can learn to desensitize yourself to sexy clothes.

Not a judgment.
The young ladies that I met in the university are completely different from the ones on St Catherine.
What you described is something specific, related to this city / country.
These young ladies also have a specific type of boyfriends.
I never saw that type of style in Italy and Spain.
However, in Montreal there is one type of women 60 +, that are extremely pretty and elegant.

I know I’ll probably hate the answer but since some of you seem to believe that women dress to impress you. Do you also think women dressed provocatively are looking to be raped?

I feel like some of you would say yes…

I can bet my life that if there is no man in this world, women will stop to dress to impress.

How do you explain lesbians who dress sexy, because there are many of those lol they just fly under your radar because you assume they are interested in men.

Also how is this a logical answer to the question LC asked? ''dressing to impress'' isn't the same as asking to be raped. I guess according to you, being an escort is also an invitation to be raped. No, thanks.

You are also not entitled to try, beyond some very blur limits, to get their attention just because the way they dress has triggered your little brain.
Who said anything about getting their attention, I am not interested in getting their attention, maybe it was different when I was in my 20- 30 because then I had a reasonable chance of doing more than appreciating how gorgeous they look.

My little brain and big brain ( sometimes they do agree ) happens to like attractive women in tight dresses or mini skirts. See if I give a shit if someone doesn’t like that or doesn’t agrees with it .
As long as my eye sight is relatively good it will always be that way lol.

How did it go to rape from appreciating a gorgeous woman who dresses to appear great or sexy.
Why play the victim all the time.
Why does every thread have to be turned into this kind of victim nonsense.
Not all men are sex crazed criminal lunatics,
Some of us happen to be loving partners, caring fathers and devoted grandparents..
The human race is made up of both men and women and there is bad and good amongst both.

I'm not the one who brought this up. It would be cool if you read all the comments above to put things into context instead of assuming things.

Nobody said ''all men are sex crazed criminal lunatics''. You are assuming that I think this, which I DO NOT. If I did, I would not be in this industry anymore.

Fradi,

It has nothing to do with being a victim. I was curious because I have seen some replies that were misogynistic. I thought to myself ‘they’re only 1 step away from saying that walking down the street in a mini skirt is asking to be raped’

Some men think it’s acceptable to touch a woman’s butt on the street because she’s wearing tight leggings. Again, not victim mentality more of a ‘wtf is wrong with certain men’ mentality

Excellent memory/observation skills, especially that I deleted that post a few weeks ago! This tell me that you are an astute reader of this board.

I will admit to an apparent contradiction, although the only emotion I felt when seeing this billboard was surprise at this type of marketing being used in 2026. I shared it here to spark a conversation on this topic. (You can see in one of my posts above that I also refer to marketing, one of many topics I am curious about in life.). I ultimately deleted that post because I thought it was in poor taste. (It made me look like "un mononc'" (in French), which I'm not.) All of this to say that the thoughts and emotions during my experience on the street were different and more intense than the one in front of the billboard. I do have to concede the apparent contradiction, though.

It's not a victim mentality to point out a real issue with how certain people think and act. A victim mentality is being a bigot, a bully or an aggressor and then wondering why you're alone. Feeling angry because you think you are entitled to people's attention and then demonizing said people who don't want to give you attention for free.

I don’t know why that even has to be mentioned.
You are picking out a few crazed lunatics that might think it is ok to grab a woman’s butt because it looks great to them.

There are women that have murdered men’s wives so that they can have a chance to be with them but most of us never mention this and certainly don’t harp on it constantly in every thread.

Why is it that it is always the extreme lunatics that are brought up in these threads and the ones that miss treat you and the misogynist pigs, bla bla bla, but never the ones that are kind and support you and book you regularly and allow you to have decent style of living.
