I think you need to address this in at least 3 ways (potentially more).

First and most importantly, you need to fix your self-esteem. I don't know anything about you but I can sense your low self-esteem so women in your life sense it for sure. You need to improve yourself not only because it will make you more attractive but also because you need to feel like you have agency on your life. Can some badly dressed, out of shape, unkept and unsuccessful men seduce women? Sure but it is not the norm.

You feeling better about yourself and having actual success will make you more magnetic or at a minimum non repulsive That also passes by where you live your life. If you can't dance don't approach women on a dance floor. Find places where you shine and where women have similar interests. If you do things reasonably well, the worst thing that can happen is a woman says no thank you to your advances.

Second, you need to target women who are likely to be compatible. I work in large scale construction projects so have worked around the world. My penis is slightly larger than average in Canada (or let's just say average) and I get both sides in Canada. I spent months in West Africa, single, successful and with free time and I can tell you almost no women there commented on my larger than average penis in a negative way. In Asia? about half of them commented, 1 out of 5 with a lot of emphasis and 1 in 10 either turned me away or it took a lot of time to get things working. This never happened to me in Canada.

So depending of your ethnic background you might be closer to average for that group and no matter your background you could

Point 2 with your "larger than average" size experience is not really helping or making things even worse. I think OP is saying that it's pass the attraction part how to handle the apparent disappointment.

if you are 3.43 you are below average but not in micropenis territory; maybe find you an Asian woman, as most are not into big dicks

For the focus on Asian/Indian women is more fetishization and generalisation.
Regardless of the ethnicity, a petite body should be the focus.

I think the urologist it's for when you have a problem to get diagnosed or fixed which it's not your case.

The sexologist might help as he/she will help you on the psychology side.

But as a starter, tell yourself that nothing wrong happened!

you are above the threshold for micropenis, that means you won't get a lot of help from an urologist, maybe try a sexologist, but understanding he would most likely prescribe self esteem therapy

From the way you used "advices" can I guess that your main language is mandarin chinese? If so, you should concentrate on chinese women... I love them and they will be a better match to you
