Socia seems to be a great agency!

First, I must admit that I have no idea who I spoke with during the booking process. I will refer to "the booker," though I believe I spoke with two different people.
Second, I apologized because it's a bit long, but I think it's necessary to show that Socia is run by great people. Feel free to skip ahead to the conclusion.

The appointments
After reading many positive reviews about their girls, I contacted them a couple of months ago to meet Sophia. The booking process was easy, but unfortunately, I had to cancel at the last minute. The booker (let's say number 1) was obviously disappointed. I apologized, and we moved on.

A few weeks ago, I tried to book a session with Sophia again. This time, there was an issue on Socia's end. I don't know what happened. The booker (I believe he was a different guy, so number 2) told me he could fix it, and I had to wait a few minutes. It seems the issue lay with the place, not Sophia herself. Shit happens, it's ok. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to cancel because I felt uneasy. It was disappointing, but we both apologized and moved on. I should mention that the booker texted me every five minutes or so. Even though it was just to let me know how much longer I would have to wait, I appreciated that he communicated with me.

Third time's the charm, right? Yesterday, I reached out again to get more information about Monica. The booker (back to number 1 I think) told me everything about her and sent me a couple of photos, which is great. The timing was an issue (early morning), but he tried to accommodate me. I thought about it, but ultimately, I decided not to meet Monica. He then recommended Maria, who had an opening later that night. I had Maria on my radar for a long time so I went for it. Everything was smooth from beginning to end and I had a great time with Maria!

The locations
The locations are great! The first one near Square Victoria is easily accessible by bus or metro, and it looks like there's plenty of parking available. I didn't get to see the inside, but I'm confident about its quality.
Yesterday, I discovered the second one, which is actually near Guy-Concordia. It's also very convenient and has a clean, very spacious condo. I think it's a brand new location because I had never heard of it before. It's not even mentioned in the ad (yet?). I don't know if it will replace the original location, if it's temporary or if it will be an additional one.

The bookers
For simplicity's sake, I'll refer to them as "1" and "2." Next time, I'll ask for their names!
1 was very attentive to my needs, thorough, and pleasant to talk to.
2 took a more " professional " approach, providing direct answers and not engaging in much small talk. It felt kind of transactional, which isn't necessarily a bad thing when it comes to booking.
They both respond quickly and make it easy to schedule a session.
I'd say I'm happy with both of them, and I'll gladly go through booking process again with either of them.

Conclusion
To be honest, after the two cancellations, I was worried that Social would blacklist me. Instead, they were very helpful and understanding during our conversations. Ultimately, it led to a great time with Maria, and I'm thankful for that.
I think they're doing a great job, and I'm already considering booking with them again.

Don't hesitate to choose Socia for your next session! ;)

Thank you Socia

Disclaimer: the agency kindly asked me for a review, and since I've had only positive experiences with them so far I was happy to oblige

As the newest agency in the city, they used to be lacking a bit on the girls. But in the last few months they had some great additions to their roster and so I've been using them more, enough that I feel able to provide an objective review.

Their team has been excellent to work with. They respond quickly, professionally and friendlily. Their locations are also great. Clean, upscale and well located. They display the schedule 3 days in advance which is a nice plus.

Where I think Socia shines compared to the others is that they are more protective of the girls. In that sense, I would compare them to Joe at Sensation for an outcall agency equivalent. Euphoria and Forever will pretty much book any client with any girl unless the client is banned. But Socia goes the extra mile to make sure there is a good fit between the girl and the client when booking. This makes for a better environment for the girls as the clients have been carefully selected, and by extension the girls end up being able to provide a better service as they feel safe and valued.

At the end of the day, we're at the mercy of the agencies to be able to find the girls, so anything they can do to attract the best talents out there also works to the advantage of the clients. I can thus confidently say that Socia is doing a great job as an agency just by their recent additions alone. They've been adding some of the best girls in the city to their roster, and I hope they continue that trend.

Nice review man. They deserve the praise !

It is indeed very nice to talk to them just for the pleasure of talking, not all agencies will do that. And I think the bookers are 1 : Erik and 2 : Jay.
And it's a bummer you didn't had the chance to meet Sophia, she is totally worth it ;)

I had a great experience with Socia Their customer service is truly outstanding fast communication, professional service, and most importantly, a very human approach. From the booking process, you can tell they genuinely care about making sure clients have an excellent experience.Unlike some agencies that only seem interested in taking your money, Socia is completely different. There is real care and respect during the reservation process, and they go the extra mile to make everything smooth and comfortable. To me, this is what a new generation agency should be modern, professional, reliable, and focused on customer experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares.

By far the worst customer service. After years of booking with Luxury Vog Euphoria and Forever, I decided to give this new agency, Socia, a try. The roster was small, but I was interested in two girls: Kaya as my first choice and Camilla as my second.
When Kaya first appeared on the schedule, I asked to book her. Socia replied: “She’s new and only seeing regulars from the agency.” Fair enough — things can change.
Two weeks later, I checked again and saw Kaya on the schedule. I tried once more. Socia replied: “She’s full and only seeing Socia regulars. She had bad experiences and we’re protecting her.”
This didn’t make much sense considering she already had around 20 reviews from 20 different clients, including people who saw her in her first weeks. The “protecting her” explanation felt inconsistent.
I told them it was hard to become a “regular” if I couldn’t book anyone. Socia replied: “It’s Kaya’s choice. But you only need to book one girl with us (besides Kaya and Blair), and if it goes well, there’s no problem.”
Fine. It wasn’t ideal, but it sounded fair. Camilla was still an option, so I booked her. They also kept pushing Ivy on me every chance they got, which was odd.
I met Camilla, had a good time, and left happy. The next day, I messaged Socia to confirm that everything went well and asked if I could now book Kaya for future visits.
Socia replied: “Unfortunately, she only wants to meet regular clients.”
I sent them the screenshot of their earlier message saying I only needed one successful booking. Socia replied: “She changed her mind. For now she’s only comfortable with regular clients.”
And this is where the real problem begins.
The issue isn’t Kaya’s personal boundaries — she can choose who she sees. The issue is that Socia lied to me. They told me that booking Camilla would allow me to book Kaya later, even though that option was never truly available. They used that promise to get me to book someone else.
I told them repeatedly that what bothered me wasn’t Kaya’s decision — it was the dishonesty. They never acknowledged it, never apologized, and never took responsibility.
This was my first and last time with Socia. I’ve never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior with any other agency. Save your money — there are plenty of agencies run by people who actually know what they’re doing.

Socia is the only agency that did a vibe check for new clients that Euphoria or Forever did not do before allow me to book or even see photos. I'm wondering if that is due to bad experiences in the past. But tbh, that's a bit reassuring.

I received 6 pics of 6 different girls the second i said hi and asked for pics. I don't see the "vibe check" you are talking about. I even gave them my name, age and ethnicity without them even asking.

Like i said before and I'll say it again. Over 100 appointments with other agencies and I've never seen this level of incompetence on customer service, selling straight up lies.

Community deserves better. Good luck fellow Merbites

I would also like to point out that the whole reason Socia are able to get girls of Kaya's caliber to join the industry is specifically because they protect them to such an extent. It sucks if you can't see her because you haven't built a good reputation with them yet, but it's a necessary evil. I wish more agencies did the same so that we would get more new girls like her. Quality over quantity.

I've personally had the same issue with an agency in Toronto and I'm not there often enough to book other girls with them and build up my reputation, so I just moved on and I understand and respect why they do it.

I definitely understand your pov and frustration. Things change so fast in this industry, i remembered i book a SP at an agency ( wont say the name ) for a meeting in 2 days and the day before they reached out and told me that she had a bad experience last night with a black gentleman and she changed her mind about seeing you as a black gentleman. It sucks at first but it is what it is. ( i guess if it was a bad experience with a white dudes, she wont say that cuz the clientele is mostly white dudes) anyways not the point.

What i mean is when they said you can book first an experience girl for the vibe check meanwhile something happened and she changed her mind about seeing regulars only.

Someone can reviewed and happened to see her the first time but its a regular name for the agency, i am not defending them by any form of shape but its a reality. Hope they clarified or we hear their side.

Like one dude said you will get over it and if its not Kaya there will be other baddies elsewhere or at Socia. Stay bless people

Best regards

I tried to book Blair twice but basically got the "fully booked" treatment both times.

Kind of annoying.

I don't really have the time anymore to do the try this other girl first thing.

I'll stick with Euphoria and Forever when I feel like going to one of the local non-Asian agencies, they let me book whoever I want.

Well, I will give my full cents' worth regarding Socia's customer service. In a word, it is outstanding. This is by far, the best run agency in the city ... by a country mile. For me, Eric and Jay are like old friends, exceptionally personable and always there to help with the client' needs. I can personally vouch for their concern and care for both the girls and clients. To impugn an agency's rep without sufficient cause or reason and in the way that Odin put it in his post, perhaps tells me something more about Valhalla's finest than anything concretely said about the agency itself. If you want the very best, go to Socia. As for Odin, may you find what you're looking for among the rest of the agencies in town ... or at the seat of the gods in Valhalla, where men are men, and women are glad of it.

I get your frustration at not being able to book who you want and feeling done wrong, but how do you know you were lied to as opposed to Kaya changing her mind as to who she is comfortable seeing? After several bad experiences, maybe after the most recent one she decided to limit clients to those who are known to her and treated her well.

The guys running Socia have pretty good business sense in my experience, hustling you for one booking and alienating a client is a poor business move. An alternative explanation is everything you were told was true at the time you were told it.

And FWIW, my experience was much closer to the vibe check described earlier. Before they let me book anyone there was a back and forth on my preferences and expectations. Not denying your experience, but that was mine.

i’ve been using all major agencies for years and everyone has their way to book clients.

i personally have fun booking with socia because they treat me well, and specifically because its obvious how well they take care of their models.

at least for me, i know i will never have issues booking anywhere for how well i treat the ladies and the agency.

i don’t see why an agency would refuse a client who has hundreds of bookings, unless something went wrong. I agree with the approach of “vibe checking” but that goes for girls and the agency. Maybe something you said/did with Camilla or even the bookers did not go well.

like any business, they can refuse service to anyone they want. I think the difference here, most agencies would just say, “no fully booked” or “not available” but I can see that they at least gave you a reason which is more than honest, some clients spend months trying to book the same girl and are unable to with no knowledge why. This might make clients unhappy but it’s less of a lie than saying she is fully booked when she is not.

I was fortunate to see Kaya and she is indeed delicate and new. I really thought she was special, young, beautiful, and good service. I wouldn’t want that to change because the agency is just trying to make money by letting anyone see her. She told me she only sees 3 clients, that says that she can get overwhelmed easily. I have met some great girls over the years, and many let their service dip overtime, and it’s logical to think it’s due to being exposed to so many unpleasant clients.

nobody should be entitled to a booking, be nice and people are nice to you. If it was all respectful on both ends, then just give it time dude! Kaya clearly loves working with socia, she will eventually get tired of her regulars hahaha (even me) and will have to open her doors (or legs lol) to new clients :p

solidarity merbites!

Great post and I completely agree with your sentiments, Pepi. Thanks.
