Since everyone is airing their grievances (and also since my number was apparently blocked, I will no longer be able to contact them anyway), I might as well air my own dirty laundry.

I had used Euphoria exclusively for 6+ years, steady customer. Never had a disagreement with them. Last spring, I was walking down the street that leads from Bonaventure metro iirc to the incall location. The one with roadwork that had lasted for damn near one year at that point, thanks to the argument in favor of eugenics that is the Montreal municipal blue collar sector. It was dark, I tripped in a pothole and busted my knee, was wearing track pants instead of jeans so I got a nasty scab with blood everywhere. Messaged Euphoria to tell them that I just had an accident and can barely walk down the street anymore so am forced to cancel and they told me that because I canceled last minute, they'd have to block me.

So my two questions are
1) Would you agree to have an intimate encounter with a painful bum knee that is currently bleeding? Maybe you have some sort of "injured soldier during wartime being nursed back to health by hot nurse" fetish, but I have my doubts that the girl would feel comfortable with that;
2) Would you be willing to continue trusting an agency that treats you with that sort of attitude after doing business exclusively with them for 6-7 years? If that's how they treat their most loyal customers, I don't want to imagine how they'd treat a newbie in a conundrum similar to mine, maybe they'd cuss him out alongside his mother.

I suppose one negative which was beyond my control was enough to wash away all the positives. Had nothing but good experiences with them until this incident, one of the bookers even went out of his way to be very helpful and drive me to the location when I had trouble finding it. It would be to my great shock if it's the exact same guy who figured he'd block me for the transgression of fucking up my knee.

My interactions with him has been good and bad. The ratio would be three parts dog shit and one part sugar. When he is a prick he is a PRICK. Yet when he pulls for you he really pulls for you. Thanks to his guidance I got to meet Sophia when he was running MTLGFE. She was never in my radar but when I first saw her I was a bit floored.
The past is the past the present is the present

This comment is very on point about agencies. I had a similar issue with a different agency where I am regular for quite some time. I was rushing to make it on time to the appointment and confirmed with them that I was on my way, gave them the Google maps ETA. While driving I made the wrong turn in a highway that had soo much traffic but Google still had a reasonable ETA, I told the agency I was most likely going to be late, they said it was ok. After sometime, the Google maps eta changed to show now I will be late 30 mins. I informed the agency and they considered that it was a last minute cancellation. And started texting me that I needed to pay for the booking or I was not going to be able to book again, that me not showing up is lost money for them bcs they could have booked for someone else. They even told me that the person I was going to see was very mad about it (hard to know if this is true)

This event made me consider quitting and just made me think how many times have I tolerated any agency BS, like how many times have I arrived on time and texted that I am at the location and they will make me wait for 15 to 20 mins and how many times girls have cancelled last minute on me saying "oh she felt bad". And in all of these events I thought: I get it, things happen every now and then, but is not fair that we need to understand when they are late and/or cancel and if we do it we get banned or charged, specially if you are a regular that is is almost never late and has never cancelled. Unfortunately there is no way to make the agencies accountable of anything, just hope that you don't have an unlucky day.

Giving as much notice as possible if you need to cancel is customary

Depending on their policy, too many cancelations may result in you being banned from service

My understanding is that you agree to their policies as soon as you book with them

So really there's not much to do, it's business

That is an unwritten agreement. However, zero prior cancelations at the last minute for a regular customer not being taken into consideration at all is bad form. Not speaking about myself specifically but in general, I have no knowledge if other users were previously late or canceled, etc. One of their girls canceled on me at the last minute and I did not throw a fit or blacklist them, we settled it amiably.

You should have offered to pay anyway to preserve your relationship. Not your fault that you tripped, but its also not Euphoria's. Not saying its right but it is what it is.

I've been hobbying for 3 years now and exclusively with Euphoria until forever came around. I don' t want to talk numbers but I've been very very active. Yet, I would never qualify myself as an important customer or anything like that. They're not wanting for customers. They got plenty. So my mindset is always to be as easy/polite as possible, to preserve my relationship and access.

Well maybe you should have blacklisted them, that's your prerogative

No

Offer to pay anyway without receiving service? When they don't have a cancellation policy requiring you to pay?

That's a terrible idea and others shouldn't follow suit

Would you be willing to pay a penalty for services unreceived? Just shy of 300$? Maybe that's chump change in your world, if so, would it that we all could be as fortunate

I did not blacklist them on that previous occasion due to stellar prior experiences, I understood that maybe she was feeling ill or who knows what. 7$ bus ticket won't put me in the red, I got a 10$ rebate on my next booking iirc so no need to act like a big baby and read them the riot act. When you're courteous and willing to make reasonable accommodations for a health incident or some such, you kind of expect similar courtesy in return.

I'm not sure why you expect strangers to take the hit because you were clumsy and fell in a hole tbh. You being cancelled isn't the equivalent : its not costing you anything meaningful.

Life isn't fair. Personally, I'd rather be 300$ short in this hobby (in which you shouldn't really be partaking if 300$ is a lot of money, sorry) than being blacklisted by one of the top agencies.

To that I reply with the sayings "One door closes, another door opens" and "A fool and his money are soon parted". I'll take being seen as poor over having "more dollars than sense", feel free to front if you want.

$300 is a lot of money in the context of buying groceries for a few weeks

Being blacklisted by a top agency is not necessarily a bad thing

In fact, I'd say it's a good thing. It frees you up completely to focus on dating naturally, good time to take a break from service girls. Or, take a break and go to another sex hotspot besides Montreal to meet women, there are plenty of spots

I never had to do it because I never cancel and I also look where I'm walking so.

Agency was better in the past.
Prices have gone up, but the quality and service hasn’t.
Many newer agencies with good talent.
Can you share information about past prices and the dates?

His point stands still in which you shouldn't really be partaking if 300$ is a lot of money. And even more if you are concerning over 300$ groceries.
