I don't think they offer a formal guarantee on shelf life once opened lololol, but I’ve kept mine for close to a year and didn't notice any difference in effectiveness at all.

If it's real sildenafil the expiration date should be two years. However, the pills don't suddenly go bad at the expiration date. There will be a slow degradation of potency as time goes by. Personally, I've used sildenafil that's over 5 years old and it worked just fine, although chemically it could have be only 90% or less of its original potency. Always best to talk to your physician about things like this.
